"You are dreaming," I interrupted her.

      "I wish I was," she countered me. "I saw tears forming in here eyes. "You have now idea what an 'empty' world looks like, a world devoid of love. It is you Americans who live in a dream-world in your suburbs with manicured lawns and immaculate cars parked in front of your fine houses. You live in your comfort zone while the world is dying around you in what the professor called the war of empire versus civilization.

      "Actually it is much worse," she added moments later. "The professor was too generous. The reality is that we are up to our eyebrows mired in a horrendous assault on us that should be termed the war of empire versus mankind as a whole, because the goal is genocide and that's already unfolding. Your own tax dollars are feeding many of the NGOs of empire nicely dressed up with fancy sounding names promising family aid and support, that are committing genocide. Depopulation is genocide, Peter. Your NSSM200 policy that you probably know about, which calls for massive population reduction right accross the Third World in order to conserve their natural resources for the empire's future needs, is a policy of intention to unleash mass-genocide. You might not know this, Peter, but thirteen countries are targeted in this policy for genocide, including India, Brazil, Nigeria, and Indonesia. That comprises some of the largest countries of the development world. Of course you won't see any sword-swinging armies invading these countries. Its done through the back door. Food becomes a weapon. Aid becomes a weapon. When you accept aid you must also accept birth control. It comes as single package, but no one is told aforehand what this means. The countries that open their door find out afterwards. In Brazil almost half of all women of childbearing age have been permanently sterilized, and more so have Brazil's woman of African descend, of whom 90% have been permanently sterilized. Remembering the Mardi Gras makes me cry. You must consider that Brazil has the second-largest Negro population in the world, second only to Nigeria in Africa. The 90% sterilization-genocide is massive, Peter, and as always unspeakably tragic for the women involved, and also for the future of the country. This a hidden genocide on a massive scale, Peter -- quiet and clean, but enormously massive. And that's not something that might happen in the future, Peter. That's the present world, hinting at a still darker future. What we see happening now, today, is already far worse than the female infanticide that the Brahmins had unleashed in ancient India. Right now the sterilization-genocide is directed only at women, primarily the healthy women, but there is a new genetically modified variety of corn being developed that contains a spermicide to inhibit male fertility as well. Nor are any of these horrors caused by government operations, Peter. These are the actions of powerful private enterprises with a global reach and global power, private businesses that governments have no control over but find themselves forced to comply with. There are no laws possible under the present world-system to stop this train to hell, because the present world-system has become a part of the war of empire against mankind as a whole. The only hope that we have, Peter, is to build up the power of our humanity. That's our last resort. That is why I must fight on this platform. That is why every human being must fight. And the only principle that exists with which to fight this loveless madness is the universality of love itself, based on its associated universal principles. Tell me, how else does one turn a thing like that around? We need a new Peace of Westphalia, but one that is rooted in the hearts of mankind. And we a need a taller basis for it than the one that the Treaty of Westphalia had stood on. Promoting 'the advantage of the other' was a powerful force to elevate mankind, and still is, but it is no longer enough. My American friend tells me that we must bring the three most profound aspects of her definition of the Sublime into a single context and move with that. She selected, Love, Truth, and Soul. Soul is the heart and the center of the human mission. We need to combine that with Love, which can only be seen in the singular and with a universal face, so that our sense of Soul that governs the human mission becomes synonymous with universal Love. And then we need to tie the two together with Truth that is uniquely knowable by human beings. The whole construct must come together into one, a single light that might be seen in the world as a 'constitutional' principle of our humanity, summarily named the Principle of Universal Love. My American friend has put these three terms, Love, Truth, and Soul, at the center of everything that she created and stood for, so that the very essence of her life flows into them, and they in turn define her life."
