Audio-book for
 Windows Media Player

The WMA audio format provided here is a modern high compression format that has been specifically tailored by Microsoft  for the characteristics of the human speech. The WMA files play on the modern desktop "Windows Media Player" and on some of the modern portable players. However, the player does not use bookmarks, though the desktop player can be restarted at any point.

Note: Many hand-held audio players will simulate a bookmark. When a modern player is stopped, and after a time-out period powers itself down, in most cases the player saves its current state and restarts from the saved state after power-on. Most desktop software packages allow the playing of the file to be started at any desired point.
